We are energetic beings, vibrating within a certain band width that can go up or down, depending upon how we live our life. Many things affect our energy on a daily basis, both internally and externally. Monitoring your energy is a good way to begin learning more about how your particular field responds to your interactions and surroundings.
One thing that is extremely important in these times of great change is to clear down your energy bodies on a daily basis - either first thing in the morning or last thing at night (so you sleep better).
